Where is your company?

We are based in the United States.

How are products made?

We produce in micro-batches made on-site daily to ensure freshness and efficacy. All formulations and resulting products are created in-house and most of the ingredients are sustainably and bio-dynamically grown from our own land. Products are made by our team in our lab located right next to our land to ensure immediate access to live bio-dynamic ingredients so we can deliver products that use the highest quality actives. Some chiral ingredients are produced by labs we work with exclusively in the US.

How do you develop and test your products?

Our background in science and cosmeceuticals are the foundation for our approach to product development. Our products are meticulously crafted to help all skin types achieve the best results possible. To do so, our entire line is adaptogenic, meaning it works in synergy with individual skin to address even the most detailed intricacies.

Our team of chemists, biologists, and skincare experts diligently research and develop the formulations until we achieve the ideal synthesis of ingredients and composition to create the most effective high performance end product. Each product goes through rounds of testing for feedback, including placebo testing, and blind comparison testing. By the time a product is ready for market launch, it will have undergone significant research and real-world testing across all skin types and environments to ensure performance and efficacy.

Do you test on animals?

No. YÜLI Skincare does not conduct nor condone animal testing. Furthermore, because our products adhere to such a strict production and formulation standard, there is no need to test on animals.




Where do you ship?

We currently ship within the United States and it’s territories as well as select international destinations including Australia, Hong Kong, Canada, United Kingdom, Singapore. Our checkout page has all of our supported countries listed on the shipping menu.

When will you ship my order?

When you place an order, it goes straight to our production team. From there, we make the products fresh to order. We’ve got this down to an art and orders are usually processed within 1-3 business days. Once we pack your order, you’ll receive a tracking e-mail!

How are products shipped?

Within the United States, we use the United States Postal Service which estimates delivery between 2-9 business days. We find that shipments usually arrive within 2-5 business days. For international shipments we use Priority Mail which estimates delivery between 6 to 10 business days.

Expedited shipping is available, just send us an e-mail with your full order and shipping address for a shipping quote.

I gave you the wrong shipping address!

When you checkout, you’ll be prompted to provide your billing address and shipping address. Please check this carefully before submitting your order. In the rare occurrence that you provide an invalid shipping address, please check that your order has not already been shipped and send us an e-mail with your Order Number in the title along with your shipping address. We will confirm receipt prior to dispatch.

What payment options do you offer?

We accept all major credit cards. We use PayPal as our payment gateway which is one of the most secure transaction methods for online purchases, however you will not need to be a registered PayPal user to make a purchase.

Do you ship to international locations?

Yes, we ship to a selection of international destinations. If we do not offer shipping to your region, please contact us to see if there are any retailers who may ship to your country.




Is your packaging recyclable?

Yes. Our glass bottles are 100% recyclable. All orders are packed in bio-degradable and recyclable material as well.

Do you have an ingredient list for your products?

Yes, full ingredients lists are provided under the 'ingredients' tab on each product's page, and are denoted as organic, wild-crafted, chirally corrected where applicable.

Can I try your products before I buy them?

We offer trial versions of many products in our line that can be ordered directly from our website. They're designed to allow customers to try products before purchasing a full sized product. The trial elixir spray is 0.34 oz/10ml (over 200 pumps), while the trial serum size is 0.25 oz/7.5ml (over 200 drops) so both deluxe trial products will last longer than normal samples.

A trial version is not available for a product I want, what can I do?

Due to size limitations, trial versions may not be available for some products including Cell Perfecto PM.

I love the scent of your products, what do you use to control the fragrance composition?

We get asked this a lot and the truth is, organoleptic qualities such as scent are not part of our criteria when it comes to product development. We focus solely on the performance and effectiveness of the product, all scents and textures are a testament to the fresh high-quality clean ingredients we use, many of which are sustainably grown from our own land.

Why are there no citrus oils in your facial oils?

All of YÜLI's facial oils offer a precise expert blend of the most beneficial oils. We avoid citrus oils because they don't perform as well as the ingredients we've chosen to utilize. Additionally, citrus oils can irritate sensitive skin and cause photo-sensitivity when used regularly.

You say you don't use citrus oils but I see Neroli is used, can you explain ?

Neroli is not a citrus fruit, it is a flower that comes from the citrus tree which has different chemical properties.

I have blemish-prone skin, can I use your M.E. Skin Fuel serum?

Yes, our light Skin Fuel is formulated to be non-comodegenic, non-acnegenic, and fast-absorbing. Using the serum on skin balances sebum production and the different plant oils themselves have inherent healing characteristics that will assist with existing blemishes. The high vitamin E, lipid, and antioxidant profile in this product ensures cells are healthy to combat blemishes and inflammation, while several botanicals inhibit the growth of acne causing bacteria. You can absolutely use the right oil based concoction for oily or blemish-prone skin.

I reordered a product that I really love and I noticed that it seems to look or smell a little different, why is this?

Rest assured, our production uses many best practice procedures to ensure quality control and consistency. Due to the live, bioactive, and dynamic nature of our fresh products, raw ingredients may slightly differ in scent based on a variety of factors such as climate, soil conditions, and nutrition. We only use pure ingredients that are grown in organic or wild craft conditions so there are no pesticides or chemical fertilizers in our products. We do not use synthetic fragrance to control the scent so the fresh aromas in our products are 100% natural, straight from the earth.

Is the Ultimate Perfecting Serum discontinued?

This product is now called Cell Perfecto PM.

Can I use your products that have retinols during the day?

This depends on your skin sensitivity. Our natural retinoids work differently from synthetic retinoids so your skin will not experience heightened sensitivity such as flaky, dry skin; or photo-sensitivity. The products are safe for use during the day because our natural retinoids are biologically compatible to skin cell receptors and are also antioxidant rich so they neutralize free radicals caused by sun exposure acting as UV Shields during the day.

I've noticed that Halcyon Cleanser contains Red Algae, is this safe for acne prone skin?

Red Algae is a multi-cellular ingredient and the type we incorporated has a lower molecular weight than most botanical oils so it is not comedogenic. The specialized bio-ferment technology also means the structure and behavior of the active is different from regular Red Algae. We've done much internal testing to assure each ingredient's place in our formula and we definitely place heavy emphasis on how ingredients interact with acne-prone skin as this is a large customer base for us.

Are your products safe for pregnancy?

All products are made with ingredients in concentrations that are considerably safe for pregnancy and lactation. If you have any particular concerns, we recommend speaking with your obstetrician for special care guidelines.

What is the shelf life of your products?

The typical shelf life of our products is 6 to 12 months. All products have an open container logo on their label which provides the peak potency period.
